The Museum of the maritime fortifications of Sicily

In the rooms of the Castello di Brolo there is, in addition to the Museum of Penalty and Torture, an exhibition and illustrative space that tells of the various methods used in history by the Sicilians to fortify and defend defensive seaside villages which, over the centuries, have been always been the closest and weakest subjects in case of pirate raids or enemy attacks.
