Mangalavite houses

Buildings of considerable ethno-anthropological interest, the Mangalavite Houses and its artifacts, in the heart of the Nebrodi Park, represent an authentic testimony of the local constructive culture of farmers, breeders and travelers. Their location, in one of the richest and most suggestive wooded areas with extraordinary beech forests, wildlife and waterways and the presence of the Didactic Path, make Mangalavite Houses a very important Environmental Education Center which annually records the presence of numerous school groups from Sicilian and national territory.
