Mulini Siciliani's remilled semolina flour is produced with 100% Sicilian wheat. Yellow amber in color, this type of semolina preserves unchanged its natural aromas, ensuring a better digestibility. Perfect for the production of pasta and bread, it is also suitable for the preparation of pizza, cakes and cookies, in combination with types of wheat flour (eg type 00 or type 0).
It is not treated with preservatives and pesticides, the bag must be opened, closed on itself, and sometimes the flour must be aired to avoid the formation of flour parasites (moths).
Avoid using glass, ceramic or plastic containers.
