Pickled olives

Simple and tasty, the pickled olives of the Agriturismo Santa Margherita are prepared following the ancient traditional recipe with the olives harvested in the Santa Margherita olive groves.

Excellent as finger food for an aperitif, pickled olives, seasoned with oil and spices, can be served as an appetizer alongside meats and cheeses.
