Bar Ristorante Pizzeria Millenium

The desire to exalt the typical productions and the love for their territory led, in 1999, Santino and Sara to open the Millenium, a bar pizzeria and restaurant at the entrance of Raccuja, in in northern Sicily, that offers both sweet and savory dishes. Prepared with traditional methods, the delicious sweets of the Millenium are remembered for the high quality of the raw materials, all coming from Sicily, and for the handwork, as the best Sicilian pastry tradition requires. The Millenium is also a pizzeria: mother yeast and cooking in a wood-fired oven allow you to taste delicious pizzas with a light and particularly digestible dough. On reservation, the Millenium also becomes a restaurant where you can taste homemade appetizers, first and second courses of the best local tradition: cold cuts and cheeses from Nebrodi, aubergine parmigiana, macaroni with pork sauce, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and baked mutton: everything is prepared with genuine 0 km ingredients.
