The oasis was born back in 2008 with the intent to create a reference point in Pollara, a small fishing village located in the municipality of Malfa on the island of Salina, for all those tourists who during the summer period attend and discover it. One of the reasons why the kiosk is called Oasis is precisely because it represents for the tourist an oasis surrounded by nature!

At the Oasi snack bar you have the opportunity to take a break to regenerate and get useful information to better discover the village of Pollara, a hamlet of Malfa on the island of Salina. Most of the ingredients we use for our salads, “Cunzatu bread”, sandwiches and focaccias are collected in our vegetable garden which is located right between the tables of the two terraces of the kiosk. Among our specialties there are the focaccias stuffed in many ways and the sandwiches with our jams in contrast with excellent cheeses. Our goal is to stimulate all the senses of the customers who come and will come to visit us! Don't miss this possibility!
