Located in Via Roma, the main road of Malfa, it is managed by the Rando family. Paolo Matroeni, brilliant and skilled chef, runs the kitchen. He is an expert in terms of Aeolian cuisine and gives every dish his recognizable touch. What is more, you can enjoy delicious sourdough pizzas cooked in the wood oven.
