Pollara - Salina - Municipality of Malfa

Pollara is a small fishing village, located in the Municipality of Malfa, surrounded by a vast natural crown formed by the sliding into the sea of half of the ancient crater of the Salina volcano.

In Pollara takes place the cultivation of the finest capers of the Eolian Island. In the rock, you can see the caves to shelter the boats. At Punta del Perciato stands an impressive vulcanic stone arch. The village stands on a gentle slope overlooking the sea, setting the scene for some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
