Nero d’Avola

Nero d’Avola DOC Sicily, the Nero d’Avola from Cantine Amato has a ruby red color with garnet reflections, an intense aroma with hints of black cherry, plum, raspberry and blackberries followed by hints of vanilla and a spicy vein. Of great thickness and structure with a soft tannic texture and perfectly harmonized with the characteristic acidic vein of Nero d'Avola, it is remarkably persistent.

To be combined with meat, game and aged cheeses, it is also excellent with sweet and sour fish.

Serve in large glasses at a temperature of 16-18 ° C, taking care to open the bottle at least 10 minutes before.
