They are shortbread biscuits with almond pieces. Zulletti, also known as ' nzulli, are typical sweets from the Nebrodi area, in northern Sicily.
They are good at the end of any meal and they are great when dipped in the hot milk: you need to try them for yourself!
Ingredients: sugar, flour, eggs, margarine, almonds, ammonium bicarbonate, vanilla.
