Cannolo wafer ingredients: Soft wheat flour type 00, granulated sugar, water, palm oil, red wine (sulphins), cocoa 22/24, vanillin. Contains traces of eggs and corn starch.
Ricotta cream ingredients: mixed cow and sheep ricotta, sugar, vanilla essence, chocolate chips.
