Also known as sasizza secca, the Salsiccia is a sausage with natural gut obtained using the meat of the Nebrodi black pig, a species bred in the wild, on the Nebrodi Mountains, in the north-east of Sicily. Suitable for typical aperitifs and appetizers.

Matured from 10 to 30 days.

INGREDIENTS: Nebrodi black pork, salt, black pepper, fennel, preservative E252, edible natural pork gut.
