Suburban park of Scafa

The suburban park of Scafa is a large equipped area located in the homonymous district. It occupies an area of ​​about 4 hectares on a hill above the port of Contrada Bagnoli until it ends on the Statale 113. From the park you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the bay of San Gregorio from the port to Monte della Madonna encroaching on the sea to the splendid Aeolian Islands. Inside the park there is a small amphitheater, which hosts summer shows and various entertainment initiatives. It is currently closed to the public for maintenance work.
