Remembrance Park - Castell'Umberto

It is part of the works of fascism of the system which, in the years of the regime in Castell’Umberto as in the rest of the nation, also characterized the public construction works. The entrance to the park is made up of the former Casa del Fascio, which currently houses the Municipal Library and the Municipality's Historical Archive. Continuing along a tree-lined avenue of cedars of Lebanon, two large stems commemorate the fallen of Castell’Umberto in the first and second world wars. Inside the park there are also the congress center, a tennis court, a playground for children and the swimming pool.
