Salami with an intense and particularly tasty flavor, thanks to the meticulous preparation and maturing process, the rolled pork belly is obtained from the belly of the pig which, after a slight trimming, is flavored with salt, pepper and kept in salt for about 10 days. Afterwards, it is worked by hand, massaging and rolling it.
The sweet lard combined with the more intense taste of the lean parts give flavor and structure to different dishes from appetizers, to first and second courses.
