Seasoned sausage, also known as dry sasizza, is a sausage with natural casing obtained using pork of all cuts, with a percentage of lard ranging from 10 to 20%, to which sea salt and pepper are added ground black and wild fennel seeds that give the salami a characteristic aromatic scent.
Also available with chilli, the seasoned sausage is excellent for aperitifs with cheeses and typical appetizers.
