Salumificio San Costantino is a family-run company, located in the Malagotta district in the municipality of Gioiosa Marea. A small valley that breathes the air of the Nebrodi mountains looking at the Aeolian Islands.

The owner Roberto Cusmà Piccione started his activity in 1990 giving shape to recipes and traditions kept over the years by the family. Since 2011 he is joined by his nephew Maurizio to combine enthusiasm and experience with a common denominator: the passion. The company specializes in the artisan production of classic cured meats: black pepper salami, seasoned sausage, coppa, loin, pancetta, culatello. Since 2015, he has also dedicated himself to the processing of black Nebrodi pigs, with particular attention to salami and raw ham. Salumificio San Costantino scrupulously takes care of the different phases of the manufacturing process from the choice of the best meats, coming from selected farms, to the production phases, safeguarding quality and taste.
