Ponte Vecchio - Alcara li Fusi

On the Rosmarino torrent, under the inhabited center of Alcara, there is an ancient bridge that connected the two sides: Ponte Vecchio. This, very picturesque with its stone arch, houses on the top a small votive shrine dedicated to the highly venerated patron saint Nicolò Politi. The road that previously passed over this ancient bridge has now been moved to a new reinforced concrete bridge that runs alongside it.
